Tatiana began her banking career in 1994 at Stolichny bank, before joining Russian Standard. In 2003, she was involved in the creation of Rusfinance Bank. In 2005, she became Head of Credit Retail Products at MENATEP St. Petersburg bank in Moscow, where she was a member of the management board. In 2006, Tatiana became Head of the Retail Business Department at KMB-Bank. In 2011, she took on the role of CEO of Volkswagen Bank Rus. In 2014-2016, she served as Senior Vice President at Globex commercial bank. In 2016, she became Deputy CEO at AK BARS bank; in 2017 she was appointed as Advisor for Strategic Development and as a Member of the Strategy Committee.
In October 2017, Tatiana became Managing Director of the FinTech Association, which was established by the Central Bank of Russia. The association’s main goal is to develop and implement new technology solutions to support the development of the Russian financial market in line with the association’s focuses.
